We absolutely loved our time at the Harborside Resort. Of all the Atlantis properties, Harborside was the most relaxing and manageable for a family. We would absolutely stay there again. The staff was friendly and accommodating.
Valentino and Ricardo? (the guy who dressed as Santa on Christmas day) were excellent.
We did have internet problems, and the internet was out for more than 24 hours. That did pose a problem.
By contrast, after we stayed at the Harborside, we spent the rest of our trip at the Wyndham on Cable Beach. It was a horrible experience, and in complete contrast to the Harborside and Atlantis.
When we go back to the Bahamas, we will ONLY stay at the Harborside Resort.
