We had a wonderful vacation at Atlantis and found “Family Fun at Atlantis” to be a great service in booking our reservation. We had a little confusion at check-in because the first week was booked as a three bedroom lockout and the second week was booked on two reservations as a one bedroom and a two bedroom. The resort staff was great; they figured out how it was reserved and we were able to stay in the same accommodation for the entire two weeks. Making reservations through Family Fun was easy; we did it over the phone because of the ins and outs of family members during the two weeks — the website would not allow much variation in providing information. The email confirmations and reminders were timely and complete.
The accommodations, themselves, were fabulous for what we needed. We traveled to the Bahamas with two children and their children. The three-bedroom lockout fit our needs and accommodated the families really well. The units were well stocked with pots and pans, dishes, glasses and baking pans — everything we needed to prepare meals in the room. The resort adjusted their midweek cleaning schedule so that the cleaning was accomplished after those two families left and before the next family arrived. There was plenty of room for everyone. Having two refrigerators and two laundry centers was a plus. I highly recommend “Food Store to Go” for getting groceries delivered upon arrival.
The resort staff commented that we received a great rate for the accommodations! I would recommend Family Fun at Atlantis to anyone seeking a “home-like” environment in a busy resort.
